Customer Notes can be recorded and reviewed for any customer. On the Select Customer screen the Notes icon is displayed in orange if there are notes for the customer
There are a number of Note types available to be used. There will be configured for your system. Note type 99 is reserved for Post Visit Notes
From this screen you can Add a new Note or Return to the previous screen using the Done button
To add a new note select the Add new Note button
