After selecting Visit Customer there are a number of different activities that you could perform with the selected customer
Customer Notes
This is another place where you can view and add notes for the customer
Update Details
You can update the customer details. If enabled in your ERP integration these changes will update your ERP system directly
Distribution Check
Allows you to check the ranging of your items at the store
Sales Order
Allows you to place an order for the customer
Assets
Allows you to check the assets assigned to the store are in place, and request a new asset for the store
Surveys
If there are any in-store surveys to be completed for the customer they will display on this screen
There are two action buttons from this screen
Return
Returns you to the Customer Selection screen
Complete Visit
Use this button when you have finished all activities you wish for the customer. This will mark the customer as visited and remove them from the list of customers on your journey plan
