DSD Delivery Delivery Plan
Your Delivery Plan is the list of customers you need to deliver to today. The customers will be displayed in delivery sequence, so the first customer is at the TOP of the list, and the last one at the BOTTOM. Tapping on a customer in the list will give their details such as Address and Phone number.
You can move customers up and down your trip by using drag and drop. Tap and hold on a customer and drag them up or down your list
There are 3 action icons that might display on this screen, depending on your system configuration
If you make deliveries to customers for whom you require access keys then all keys needed for the trip will be displayed | |
This icon will optimise the delivery sequence for your trip today. It will take into account the customer delivery time windows, start and end time for your delivery shift, service time at each customer and the traffic | |
This icon will display all your customer deliveries on a map |
If you have made any changes to your Delivery Plan then select COMPLETED to save those changes and you will be returned to the Pre Trip Tasks Menu
