Ordermentum Integration

Ordermentum Integration



DSD Assist can be connected to Ordermentum using our standard connector.  The integration allows clients to enhance the data they receive from their accounting system with additional information held within Ordermentum.  Using DSD Salesforce a sales rep can place an order on behalf of the customer using Ordermentum.


Configuring the Integration

Within our Integrations menu option the Ordermentum integration needs to be configured for your business


ExtractLastOrderDate

If all your ordering is done through Ordermentum then the last order date in Ordermentum is a useful data element we can show to a sales rep in DSD Salesforce

OnlyExtractActive

This determines whether we extract all items from Ordermentum or only active items

Username, Password, ClientID

These values are used to validate our connection to Ordermentum 

UseOrdermentumPrice

Many accounting systems have weak pricing.  This setting determines whether we use the pricing from the accounting system or whether we use pricing held in Ordermentum

UseOrdermentumProdCat

Ordermentum organises products in product categories.  This setting controls whether we use the Ordermentum categorisation of items within our applications

UseOrdermentumProdImg

Ordermentum stores images of products.  This setting controls whether we use the Ordermentum product image within our applications
