MYOB AccountRight and DSD Delivery


Integrating MYOB with DSD Delivery is not difficult but there are some Integration variables you need to be aware of.


Getting the Orders from MYOB to DSD

In the DSD Connect Portal you will select the Get Latest Orders button to extract orders from MYOB.  This uses several Integration variables to determine what needs to be extracted


OrdersToExtract

This determines the source of the deliveries.  Possible values are SalesOrder or Invoice


ShipVia

If you use a special ShipVia in MYOB to designate orders you will deliver yourself then we can filter using this value.  Insert the value for your own deliveries or #ALL for all transactions


ExtractOrdersFrom and ExtractOrdersTo

These set the date range to extract orders for relative to the day you run Get Latest Orders.  For example, if you run ths function exact afternoon to plan deliveries for tomorrow then 1 and 1 would be the correct values


DefaultDeliveryTrip

When we extract the transactions from MYOB we will place all deliveries onto this trip number so that you can assign in our portal to the correct delivery run.
