Initial DSD Salesforce Installation
Having downloaded and installed DSD Salesforce the first time, or after an uninstall, then it needs to be reinitialised
When you start DSD Salesforce you will be presented with a screen like the following. You will need to end the Company Code and Territory
You should obtain these values from DSD Assist if you have not been provided them
