The Customer Deliveries screen will show you the customers that you need to deliver to today. The customers are displayed in delivery sequence
If enabled in your system configuration, the Optimisation icon at the bottom of the screen can be used to resequence the orders in the optimal delivery sequence.
When you tap on a customer you will be given extra options to choose from. These options are:
Deliver to Store
This will begin the process to allow you make a delivery to the customer. Click here to see more about the delivery process.
Store Photograph
You can take a photograph of the store, or the location in the store when deliveries should be made to. If a photograph already exists then it will be displayed, and a you can take a replacement if the existing photograph is out of date
View Store Details
This option allows you to view the store details, and update them if your system is configured in that way.
Unable to Deliver
If you cannot make the delivery, or the customer refuses delivery you should use this option to select the appropriate reason for the non delivery
Navigate me to Store
This calls Google maps to provide your turn-by-turn navigation from your current location to the customer.
Once a customer has been successfully delivered, or a non-delivery reason selected, they will be removed from the list. If you wish to view the customers that have already had their drops delivered, you can tick the Show All button on the list of Customer Deliveries. Already serviced customers are shown in Green
Once all the customers for the day have been delivered, you should select the End Trip button.
End Trip can only be done once per day and there are warning messages displayed to make sure that you have not selected this button in error
