Customer Colour Meanings


In the DSD Assist Mobile applications the customer is colour coded to tell the user a little more information about the customer

DSD Van Sales and DSD Salesforce

Customer Colour

Meaning

Green

The customer has been visited today

Red

The customer is on credit hold

Blue

There is an order to deliver for the customer

Purple

There is no order but have asked to see for a visit

Orange

Prospect or Will Phone an order or No Visit Required

Black

There are no special rules applied to the customer

Green

The customer has been visited today

Purple

There is a purchase order to collect

Orange

Customer is on a different load period

Black

There is a delivery to be made to the customer
